Suffering From Heel Pain?

Patients most commonly experience pain in their heel in two places: On the bottom (Plantar Fasciitis) and in the back (Achilles Tendonitis). Typically this sharp pain is experienced the worst first thing in the morning and slowly improves with stretching and walking.

Pain on the bottom of your heel experienced when you first step out of bed is the classic sign of Plantar Fasciitis (inflammation of the Plantar Fascia).
